Captain's Yacht Services is owned and operated by Capt. Mark Smith and is based in New Port Richey / Tarpon Springs area in Tampa Bay, Florida.

Capt. Mark is a USCG licensed Master Captain and has been sailing for over 30 years. He is a professional delivery captain and has delivered many and varied boats to all corners of the world, both power boats and sailboats. He is a certified marine surveyor with years of experience as well as being a certified diver. He is an expert mechanic and is well known for being able to make emergency repairs to get ANYTHING to work even when out at sea.
